I rented an RV through Yescapa

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Yescapa. One hour after leaving the owner of the RV the air intake to the engine broke, which meant we could only drive 50km per hour the rest the of the trip! When returning the RV to the owner, the owner accused us of scratching damages we had nothing to do with and refused to pay us back the 1200eur deposit. In our attempt to get some of our deposit back, we had another RV repair shop provide a quote of the damages, which were half of the deposit. But still the owner did not want to pay us back some of the deposit. Yescapa does not get involved unless the dispute cost is higher than what the deductible (1500eur) is on the insurance, which we also bought. Strangely enough, the quote of the damages from the owner was also 1500eur. Had it been more than that, the insurance company would get involved and they would have their mechanic provide a quote, which the owner wasn't interested in. This experience has been a complete nightmare. We've been scammed by the owner and all facilitated by Yescapa who provides zero help. We are never going to use Yescapa again. Stay away! Or be prepared to loose your entire deposit each time. Will go with a legitimate company like IndieCamper or RoadSurfer. We're left with lost vacation days, no compensation and only option to take legal action if we are to recoup any of our deposit. Horrible.

Spændende og brugbart forløb med permanente resultater

Kan på det varmeste anbefale Dr. Ulrik Hjerpsted. Det har været en fornøjelse af få indblik i hvor meget ens kost påvirker ens helbred, søvn, hud, og generel glæde ved livet. Endelig en doktor der kigger på det forebyggende i stedet for bare at udskrive piller som alle de andre. Jeg gik igennem et clean food program og så resultater med det samme. Har efterfølgende været meget opmærksom på hvad jeg spiser og dermed også ændret mine spisevaner, som min krop takker mig for hver dag. Kæmpe tak!

Totikids don't know Product Warranty rules

I bought a Joolz Geo3 baby stroller on Totikids.com. The customer service was kind and responsive. Spoke great English. Everything was delivered as promised. Unfortunately, one year later, one of the wheels breaks. I email them and tell them that the situation and that according to the mandatory 24month product warranty in EU, I need to get 1) a new wheel, 2) a new stroller or they can come and pick up the stroller and I get 3) my money back. This should be basic knowledge for any online webshop in EU, but the customer supporters at Totikids have not been educated well enough on such matter. Their response was that they would file a complaint to the manufacturer to see what they would say. This is the first mistake. My contract is with Totikids and not the manufacturer. It's Totikids that is responsible towards the customer and not Joolz the manufacturer. So regardless of what the manufacturer is saying, Totikids needs to offer one of the three options listed above. It took another three weeks of emails back and fourth before Totikids was finally able to get a new wheel from Joolz. Again, according to EU law, they need to offer one of the three options above within 14 days or else they need to deliver a new stroller. The Totikids supporter didn't know. Last, they demanded that I came and picked up the new wheel in one of their physical stores. Also not something they can demand and an inconvenience to me. They need to deliver the new wheel to the address where the delivery of the product was made, where they can also pickup the broken wheel and not ask me to send it on my expense. For three weeks we couldn't leave the house with our twins because of the broken stroller and we didn't want to buy a new one. Very little consideration from their side. And what's worse, very little understanding of EU law. Hopefully this review will change that.

Firstly, let me say that Totikids regrets that you had a problem with your Joolz stroller, and that you are not completely satisfied with the after-sales service, considering that from your first contact on February 8th until the arrival of the new wheel at our facilities on February 22nd, 2 weeks passed, a period that is within the legal limits in Portugal for resolving a warranty problem. In Portugal, the law provides a period of up to 30 days for the resolution of guarantees for movable assets (follow the link if it can help you clarify the situation:

In fact, we feel that your assessment was unfair, considering that Henrik did not even present us with a copy of the purchase invoice of the stroller. The Totikids employee was the one who made herself available to search for it with your data, something that we are not at all obliged to do. Whoever to activate the warranty, the client must provide proof of it (as described in the article manual).

Regarding the question of getting in touch with Joolz, of course we had to do so. The brand that produces the stroller it is the one who guarantees the product, not Totikids (it is specified in the article manual that the guarantee is given by Joolz, so much that you, as informed us, you first spoke to Joolz, before contacting us). The customer contacts us because the purchase was made with us, but the guarantee is given by the brand. And they must inform us whether they accept, or not , the complaint as a defect that the guarantee covers, or if the It was even due to misuse of the item. And in order to ensure total satisfaction, neither Totikids nor Joolz questioned the possibility of misuse of the wheel, and offered to exchange it.

Regarding the replacement of the wheel with the new one, was asked if you could go to a store, to be able to resolve the case faster. As was replied by email on February 22nd, when the wheel was already ready for you, that is a Friday, shipping it by courier meant that you would still spend another weekend without the stroller. We tried, once again, to streamline the process to be faster.

We regret that this entire process has not been to your liking, but we believe that within legal procedures, we have completed all issues in a timely manner, always with the aim of helping you.

PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ALL COST!

My wife and I rented a car in Ibiza for 4 days. We deliberately didn't choose the full coverage as it was more expensive than the price of renting the car! I took a video of the car at pickup and at return. When we returned the car the guy making the inspection checked the car and said everything was fine. He then afterwards asked me if I had chosen insurance or not (I wondered why he would ask me that AFTER he just did the inspection and told me everything was fine). I told him we didn't chose the insurance and that I expected my €1200 deposit back. Two days after I get an email saying that they had deducted €385 from my deposit for damage done to the rear bumper. They added three pictures where no damages were visible. I emailed them back with the videos I took before and after, but they refuse to look at the videos unless I can send pictures with timestamp. This won't hold in court, so now I am suing them and they will loose. But it became VERY clear that this company has a streamlined scamming process in place for everyone who doesn't buy their expensive insurance and that is why they ask you upon return of the car. It's incredible that such a company is allowed to do this, but with enough legal actions against them one can hope their scamming practice will end.

Fast, easy and smart!

Finally a car rental service where you don’t have to stand in line at some ugly car rental office for no reason besides being sold overpriced car insurance. Virtuo was easy and smooth and new cars. Also smart to be able to transfer the key from the app to a key card. Loved the iphone/android charger cable too.

Trip of a lifetime!

Estelle fra Discovery Travel arrangerede hele vores tur til Maldiverne for at fejre mine forældres guldbryllup. Estelle tog sig af alting fra corona instruktioner til valg af resort, villaer og booking af restauranter på øen. Det var så nemt og professionelt. Hele familien ELSKEDE det og havde den bedste tur. Kan varmt anbefale Discovery Travel. I modsætning til mange andre rejseselskaber kender de hotellet ud og ind og forstår helt præcist hvad der vil gøre kunden glad. Det er ikke sidste gang vi benytter dem 👍👍👍👍👍

Virkelig god service

Var på Dentin Clinic for at få lavet tre huller i tænderne. Hele vejen igennem blev der taget god hånd om mig med meget lidt ventetid. Alle var søde og venlige og prisen var yderst fornuftig. Vil helt sikkert anbefale til venner. Meget tilfreds :)

I used AirHelp for the first time for my missed connection that resulted in a 12 hour delay at my final destination. It took 1 min to submit the claim on their webform and another 2 min to sign a legal document and 3 months later... money in the bank! Can't recommend this service enough :)

Kæmpe ekstraregning på leaset personbil

Jeg leasede min bil gennem Fleggaard leasing og var utrolig glad for min nye bil. 10 måneder senere stod jeg i en situation hvor jeg ikke længere skulle bruge bilen og valgte derfor at opsige leasingaftalen. Det skulle jeg ALDRIG have gjort. Efter den havde været til syn blev der konstateret skader for næsten 18.000 kr!!! På en bil der ikke havde kørt 7.000 km. På billederne kan man se de små skrammer som ikke var brudt igennem lakken, men som blev betragtet som K4 eller K5 skader der ikke kan repareres og som skal udskiftes. Jeg kan under ingen omstændigheder anbefale Fleggaard privatbil leasing til nogen.
