To long waiting to speak to somebody who knows the business. Spoke to a person in cape Town South Africa only to direct my to the correct department. what a waste of my payment.

Show photograph of Door lock for…

Show photograph of Door lock for Hotpoint, same Photograph for OEM, and cheaper one which I ordered. Did not work. Asking for correct part I was told this part had been replaced by Hotpoint. Other web site have correct and Hotpoint web site.
No support.

Customer services do not appear to have had any calls or emails logged in relation to this order. We can see that you have purchased a door interlock which would need to be compatibility checked with the model number of your appliance. In some cases manufacturers can change design during production and more than one version can be produced and offered therefore your serial reference would need to be checked. Customer services will be happy to offer assistance in finding the correct part.

POOR QUALITY

THE CARTRIGES VERY POOR QUALITY, HAVE CHIPS ON THEM, PRINTED SHOWING EMPTY. LONG DELIVERY THEY WERE SENT WEST AND THEN TO EAST USA.

THE INK MAY BE CHEAP, PRODUCT QUALITY VERY CHEAP. NO RESPONCE TO E-MAIL COMPLAINT.
