Non existent customer service

Easy enough to order spares thanks to the drop down selection menu process. Sadly one of the items ordered had different dimensions to the original. Emailed Showerspares hoping for a prompt response to my query to determine compatibility but I’m still waiting a week later for a response. Very poor service levels. Won’t be using again and I can’t recommend them either.
Edit: I did eventually receive a late response but they incorrectly advised I needed a different item

Poor service

Poor service. Item not delivered and zero proof of delivery either. Shameful how UPS allow this disgraceful behaviour from their drivers.

Telephone support thumbs up. Online self help lamentable

A calling card was put through the door as I was out.
I wanted to keep things simple and rearrange delivery online with no fuss. If the driver doesn't bother to leave the tracking number on the card you're toast. I looked on the DHL website for a telephone number and was put on an automated system that requested the tracking number , of course I don't have one so it automatically cuts you off. Great.
I finally managed to speak to a human after 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back and all is now resolved.
Why cant the drivers be obliged to write the tracking number on the card???
Beggars belief.

Chose the weekend breakfast at £35 to…

Chose the weekend breakfast at £35 to see how it fared.
Couldn’t find any major faults apart from the bread. It was a sourdough loaf and was ridiculously hard to cut and it just tasted awful. It was the saltiest thing I’d ever tasted and cant be very good if your concerned about your salt intake.
Other than that, the four sausages were a good size and very high quality, as was the hog pudding. The eggs were absolutely delicious. Haven’t tried the marmalade as yet due to the inedible sourdough loaf.
Update: The three fruits marmalade was excellent

three seater sofa delivery …

Ordered a three seater sofa from Costco online on the Tuesday evening and received a telephone call from Mark Webster logistics the following morning to arrange delivery for the Monday. The delivery (and install) took place in the afternoon and the guys were diligent and respectful. I can recommend Mark Webster very highly. Only slight gripe is that they don’t have a contact number, email only.

Not a great intro to the place

Not a great intro to the place. Despite having an appointment the assessor didn’t bother to show up and left the receptionist to take photos of the damage.
Having booked the car in the receptionist was having her breakfast at 09:15 and I felt I was an inconvenience to her.
She was adamant I wasn’t entitled to a courtesy car and things went downhill from there, they were too arrogant so I decided against leaving the car with them and chose to take it to a more professional outfit.
Halo’s customer service is just woeful.
I can’t recommend the place.

Great service

Had a dishwasher electronic door lock fail, needed to repair it but had a number of options and wasn't sure which one was correct. Sent espares a few pics of my machine and they sent the correct part. It was a breeze following their YouTube instructional video and I'd repaired the unit in minutes.
They don't have any competition as far as I'm concerned

Called my local centre having seen the online price, needed to have tyres fitted that day tho! The fitter said no problem, order them on line & contact customer services to arrange the fitting on the same day. Job done! Very happy customer!
