Not a great intro to the place
Not a great intro to the place. Despite having an appointment the assessor didn’t bother to show up and left the receptionist to take photos of the damage.
Having booked the car in the receptionist was having her breakfast at 09:15 and I felt I was an inconvenience to her.
She was adamant I wasn’t entitled to a courtesy car and things went downhill from there, they were too arrogant so I decided against leaving the car with them and chose to take it to a more professional outfit.
Halo’s customer service is just woeful.
I can’t recommend the place.
