Worst streaming service of them all. Slow, not user friendly it doesn't pick up where you left off. Doesn't remember your searches. The buffering is diabolical and it's not the internet because the other channels are not affected. I pay to not get adverts and the buffering always occurs where the adverts should be or directly afterwards. Very slow to start. Takes ages for programmes to appear on the screen. ITV Hub was much better as far as being user friendly is concerned.

The agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and my low rating has nothing to do with him. I wanted to keep my direct debit as is instead of it being lowered as advised by SP. I then requested my account be switched to the Breast Cancer fixed rate being offered but he couldn't implement this for me as there was a problem with your computers. He said I could do it today on line. When trying to do so, it wasn't available. I therefore phoned and spoke to an agent who advised that that particular offer had been removed from midnight last night. Therefore because of a problem your end and not mine, I am unable to access this fixed tarrif. Needless to say, I am not a happy person in this regard

Easy ordering, quick delivery and fantastic products

I have spent a fortune in the past on foods to get my fussy eater with Pancreatitis to actually eat but no more. Since buying from Butternut Box this is no longer a problem. Following their advice, I purchased menus recommended by them and my dog now eats every morsel. As a company Butternut Box are helpful and friendly to deal with.

My order arrived broken as it had been badly packed. Staples however replaced the two items extremely quickly but unfortunately one of the items was again broken due to being badly packed in a large box with no other packing to stop them being smashed against each other during transit. decided to give up and try and repair the broken item myself.

Engineer arrived during time specified. He was knowledgeable and professional. Although no apparent falt was found (which is a good thing) the noise experienced whch led to the call out seems to have ceased for the time being.

I expect to see adverts on ITV but when watching catchup, the programme breaks for the adverts which play fine but then the actual programme does not start again. Go back to resume and it will not resume. Play from restart and the same thing happens at first adbreak. Nothing to do with being free to the viewer as All4, My Five and all other hub providers do not have the same problem. It is the worse of any of them. I think it is done to make viewers pay for Hub+,
