Terrific company..prompt shipment and someone is there to correct any mishaps. I've used them many times and they never let me down.

One of two packages arrived on the advertised date. However the second package, from same company was not delivered as "our courier was not able to deliver". It es delivered the next day. Hard to understand.

Sykes are a very good, efficient and friendly company. they seem to be all over uk now although our first interaction was in st ives. we are now using them in aldeburgh in Suffolk. there was a minor issue in stbives to which they responded immediately. highly recommended.

Happy with my in car insurance, a little more interaction would h ae been nice, it is up to the customer to search the site to find out renewal etc. plus i had an issue with the site as i had had insurance with 1st Central which was cancelled due to no one's fault and reissued a couple of weeks later but on the site i could not find the new policy only the cancelled one. Eventually i was able to chat with a human and the issue was resolved but it was a long and winding road.

The price was good but some questions left room for doubt and was unable to get a response other than chatbot who did not understand the question. I tried to go back to make sure i had answered the questions correctly but no way to edit. So fingers crossed it is all well.

Ordered Radflex to warm up my house. Put the order in at 6pm, got the generic message to say it was shipped at midnight !!! It arrived a day later. Fabulous services. Sadly because the national rail strike my trip to Lion King with small children was not able to go forward. Secure My Booking helped me fill in the rather tricky forms required but within 24hours i was notified that the refund would be in my bank account. Very efficient and friendly help where needed. So very very glad i had taken out the insurance as ATG would not have refunded one single penny.
