Appalling customer service

Never had any issues receiving my orders until today when my parcel is with Evri and I asked customer services if they could contact Evri to see if the could expedite it for delivery today as needing it. I was denied this and the customer service advisor was so rude and unhelpful saying they cannot contact Evri… well TWC YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER !!! You need take an example from VARLEY ordered yesterday and because of the amount spent did not have to pay for next day delivery and received my order by DPD today. This is going to be my chosen store now. Returns processed same day too

Added 2nd August TWC asked for more information … responded with the information that they requested and nothing … no follow up by them and 7 days now and no parcel !!!!!

Still not received my items supposed to…

Still not received my items supposed to be delivered 24hour tracked Royal Mail and it’s still at ON not collected. Actually managed to speak to someone today no help what so ever. Happy to take your money but not good on delivering the goods you have paid for. Avoid this company like the plague !!!!

Appalling customer services AI at first…

Appalling customer services AI at first then put through to an agent however they did not resolve my query. Took my money but no parcel and supposed to be express delivery … can’t speak to anyone … absolutely rubbish will not be ordering again from this company. I should have read the reviews before ordering they are shocking and yet even though they know about these bad reviews they do nothing to make it better and just take peoples money !!!

Shocking!!

Shocking!!! Why out offers on for over 60’s but don’t honour them!!! When you go to check out it says there is a technical problem. Soon as midnight came and the offer had finished it allowed me to check out for £25 more than it would have cost me with the offers therefore I did not go ahead with my purchase. I’m not the only one this as happened to other customers too!!!

Purchased a few items in store day…

Purchased a few items in store day before I went on holiday. The manager of the store knew I was going away and could have pointed out that it was only fourteen days to return an item so was out of the returns policy when I came back. I was going to order on line and she said that it was better to buy in store to keep the shops open. Will not be shopping at KG again not with a fourteen days return policy !!!!

Don’t trust this company eBay is far…

Don’t trust this company eBay is far better if you are a seller. Buyer has a Russell and Bromley bag which he purchased two months ago and sent nasty messages to me today to say I was a scammer and the bag was fake. I have to report to police has he was continuing to send text after text. Closed my account now due to this company is not supportive of sellers

Appalling customer service purchased a…

Appalling customer service purchased a dress and did not realise it was faulty took it on holiday unable to wear it and contacted customer service on return and the chat was terminated after 30 minutes without any resolution. Made contact again and was then issued a returns label. I returned the dress which was £150 and received an email today stating that they were sending it back to me because I had not returned it in the time frame. I contacted customer service who appear to read off script and again after 60 minutes of bern told not to end the chat they ended it. I then had to make contact yet again and for over an hour I was sent a copy of the policy and that of any item is returned that is not re saleable they cannot give a refund. The dress is coming undone on the seam near the zip exposing the lining. This frustrated me and I was told to calm down and I have got nowhere with this company and will not buy from them again it’s disgusting how customers are treated

I tried using the blue light discount code and it would not accept it. Why offer discount if you can’t fulfil it !!! I will not be ordering from you has it’s gone from the start

I would not get a dog advertised on Pets4Home. I purchased a dog who was advertised as five years old took him to vets following purchased and he was eleven years old. Asked pets 4 home for support regarding this and they did nothing about the owner and the still allow her to advertise !!!!

Contacted Boots on 3rd August spoke to a senior advisor don’t know how she got the job has senior. Requested that I sent photo in regarding a reaction to a Lancôme product which I did. Not resolved contacted again on Monday and now today and nothing absolutely appalling service not what I would expect from a reputable company!!!!

Missing sandals from parcel. Contacted customer care who stated they go through a strict process so they doubt something would be missing so paid for something I have not received !!!! Shocking !!! Minus stars if I could and the rude customer care staff !!!
