Update, finally got a response though Picea is now dead, they said they can’t do anything as that’s not a shrub under their guarantee and suggested from the photo I sent to water it more, well it’s really dead now and don’t insult my intelligence. The other Picea is thriving, I wouldn’t expect something to die within a month. So the only thing I can do is leave a bad review and advise not to use this company because customer service is diabolical.

Terrible company, haven’t answered my complaint about a shrub that has died. Customer service ridiculous you can’t phone or do live chat. I will be writing to their complaint address but doubt they will answer. Funny though when I made a query about placing an order they replied immediately

I absolutely love my new bedding beautiful quality. The bedspread is cotton really soft and I went for the linen fitted sheets and pillowcases, wow another level, customer services (who are excellent) said they were buttery soft a really good description. In description for both duvet cover and linen sheets said no ironing but I’m old school and found they looked better ironed but that’s a preference and actually both really easy to iron I was pleasantly surprised because cotton and linen I thought would be a nightmare and that wasn’t the case.

Was told my item was delivered but couldn’t provide a photo which in itself proves it hadn’t been delivered

Very happy with our greenhouse we bought the Halls Popular 6 x 6 in black. Yes the instructions were not the best but didn’t take too long to figure them out. As someone else said you can find answers on the internet. Soaking the rubber gaskets in hot water really helped. We found the whole process very smooth customer service answered our queries quickly and greenhouse came in the 2/4 week timeframe. We are both over 70 and the greenhouse took us 3 days to make and put in place. My only criticism is I would have liked the choice of black glass clips rather than silver
