I have inherited an eleven year old dog with several medical issues.
I have taken all my animals to MK vets over the years and have always had good service and care.
This time was no exception, I was given excellent advice and has resulted in an improvement to the dogs health already. 1st seen in March 2025 and recently 29/5/25

The ground crew started work after we had had floods of water from a storm! They were unfazed, highly professional, dedicated workers. As a pair of “elderly” ladies they kindly moved heavy objects and always tidied up after themselves, we could not fault them.
The Oltco crew were just as efficient, helpful, fast and dedicated to their profession.
There is absolutely nothing negative that we can say and we would definitely recommend their services.

Alfie has a “few”!! health issues including a big operation to have his spleen removed, however!! although he is confused as to when breakfast starts and if dinner should really be at 10:30 in the evening he still loves his Butternut meals, shame it has to be with annoying vet biscuits but hey……that’s life❤️

Really this should be written by my dog Alfie, he has been a butternutter for several years now. Over the past 12 months he has had some health issues which ended in him having emergency major surgery. During this time Butternut could not have been more helpful, sympathetic or concerned and even sent him a get well soon toy. We have had to make several adjustments to his food, changing diets and also putting back orders until he was better. There were no complaints, just worry for his welfare. He loves the food and never leaves any. Butternut has gone above and beyond as a company.
When they do make mistakes (as many companies do) it is never a problem for them, it’s immediately taken care of and apologised for.
All the staff are 100% committed to the dogs. Keep up the good work Butternut

Have bought from RD before with no problems, this order had 2 different xmas ornamental lights, delivery was good even tho’ it was holiday time. One of the lights was on offer and the “candle” bulbs looked drunk but were so firmly stuck they couldn’t be moved. Better luck next time RD.

Alfie has been on Butternut Box now for over a year, he enjoys ALL the flavours but because he is an old man with more allergies than me!! We have had to take him off red meat. Luckily he absolutely adores all the other flavours so is very happy. The Butternut team is amazing, always there when I need advice, including their vet. Deliveries are always on time and I can change meals/ delivery dates with no hassle.

After receiving a call from our friendly Pieroth agent, Courtney, we went through the “what have you got to offer me” discussion and am pleased to say his recommendation was excellent. After 3 orders he certainly knows our taste. We chose our usual Burg Layer Schlosskapelle and some Johannes Gutenberg suggested by Courtney.
Great wines, excellent service.

We had searched for months on and off line for the “perfect” wardrobe for our bedroom. We had already bought a bed from Bensons some years ago so, on the off chance, went for a look in our local showroom. Low and behold the first wardrobe we looked at was exactly what we wanted. The assistant manageress who dealt with us (Alison) could not have been more helpful. She was extremely patient (we took up one and a half hours of her time with our questions!), knowledgeable and informative, nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery will be 8-10 weeks, which suits us very well, and will be delivered and erected on the same day.
We look forward to seeing a final end to our search and will be happy to update this survey. Our second purchase from Bensons and we would be more than happy to recommend them.

i have been with Alpha for the past 3 years, had to use the phone as not good with computer!!!
everyone i spoke to was helpful, patient and very thorough. i have had medical problems and that was all sorted and the price has been very fair and more than comparable with any other company.
i would recommend to anyone and will use again next year.

The sales lady was very friendly, helpful and nothing was toooo much for her.
The two delivery drivers were very professional, phoned to let us know that they were 10minutes away. Delivered the unit very carefully in to the house and were friendly. All together brilliant service and very satisfied.

never used gjwtitmuss before, was attracted to the name and pleasantly surprised at the cost. the site was easy to use and delivery was within the specified time, I enjoy the birds in my garden, have a good variety and feed them all year which can prove expensive, to find a company that keeps its prices very competitive AND does not charge for delivery (if you spend over a certain amount) is a bonus for me. I would recommend to anyone.
