Sent 3 boxes of CD's to MM and on each occasion, the offer price was reduced either for missing CD or damaged Disc. We are absolutely certain that all the CD's were sent to MM and all our CD's were in good condition too. The amount being paid is rock bottom as it is and then to get paid even less I feel is shocking.
