Never a 5 star hotel in Belek 3/4 at best

LIMARAK ACADEIA SPORT HOTEL

Ok where do I start booked a golf holiday 9 months before myself and 11 friends for a weeks golfing holiday and 6 days before we where due to fly to Antalya I get an email urgent attached to it from on the beach with 3 options 1 get a full refund holiday only or 2&3 like for like hotel the 2 options for hotels which I’ve been before where definitely not like for like but had no choice but to accept 1 as I had already paid over £800 for golf and another £80 for the golf clubs.
6 off us left from Edinburgh and 6 from Birmingham my group arrived first and when we arrived late at night we checked in I booked 3 double rooms we where given out card for the room and it was 2 single beds put together but no problem we pulled them appart then couldn’t open the drawers told my room mate not to unpack as we would be moving rooms as these rooms where not what I paid for Tbf went to reception next day and they moved the 6 off us to another building at the other side of the complex which where much bigger great rooms until just after 7am every morning when the builders started working next door anyway that was acceptable work has to be done.
This hotel is supposed to be ultra all inclusive well trust me it’s not as I previously said there where 12 off us and I only drink 0/0 alcohol beer and I was the only 1 paying for drink I’ve never heard of this in Belek before unless your outside the hotels and the last day they never had any in the hotel 😂 couldn’t write it up.
The hotel and staff where excellent couldn’t fault any off them food was well below average for a hotel in Belek but again there was always something you could eat.
This hotel is busy with dogs as it’s a hotel that allows pets plenty cats roaming about aswell so if any allergies don’t go here.again I’ve been to most off the hotels in that strip in Belek and rearly do you find a bad 1 but if I was to choose again between the offers I would have choose the other 1 ON THE BEACH are only a third party prices are good flights even better than jet 2 not silly a clock in the morning arriving back home but really need to get the stars right for the hotels listen if the weathers what your looking for this hotel won’t spoil that for you but I was disappointed that only got 6 days notice and even more disappointed when I sent an email regarding the payments for 0/0 drink and it took over 2 weeks to respond just shows you what they think 6 days before we go bang take it or leave it and 2 weeks to respond to a complaint work that out

I’m on holiday 24hr line it took 2 weeks to get a reply as I said 6 days notice you think I’m going to look for numbers when I’m looking forward to my holiday this is what I expected with the reply you should have done this you should have done that before you got back there’s thousands of things I should have done in my life time but unfortunately I didn’t have time to run about looking for numbers to complain that’s what your webpage is for and what chance does anyone have if it takes 2 weeks to get a reply all is was looking forward was a holiday with the lads play golf enjoy the hotel which we have done for 15 and so years it’s always someone else’s fault never the travel agent take take take as long as your paid that’s all that matters don’t like getting criticised for not doing what it says on the tin the hotel you sent me 2 was cheaper than the 1 I booked I should have asked for a full refund I also had 2 name changes which cost another £200 ONTHEBEACH will never give refunds for there mistakes which makes people aware the next time they book a holiday

We do offer our customers a 24h emergency In Resort support line should they experience any issues whilst on holiday to allow to us to ensure you get the most out of your holiday. We are sure you will appreciate, when matters are not reported at their earliest opportunity, and we are only advised of issues when customers have returned home, we are limited to what we can do in terms of providing a resolution with the relevant suppliers.

If you do have any questions or remain unhappy I can only suggest responding direct to the email regarding your complaint.

You get sent an email to tell you about…

You get sent an email to tell you about delivery and you fill out the email and say you won’t be available that day for delivery and a day or so before it was getting delivered saying they would be there the next day so gat my wife’s sister to call them and say we where on holiday so we rescheduled and it took another 6 -7 weeks told them I would go and get it myself as it was 5 miles away from my house but said it couldnt be picked up I’m guessing as it was £180 for delivery that was the reason anyway got the sofa eventually but poor system for delivery time

Quick and easy transaction the lad explained the lot understand everyone wants to just hire a van car and leave as quickly as possible but make sure you check the van car before leaving as it’s worth an extra 5 mins thanks again will defo hire from easirent again

Not what I expected be careful

Well where do I start ok let’s go I put in my reg and got a quote which I thought looked to good to be true so I went a head anyway so after some photographs the price went down a fair bit but still happy with the offer so I gave them a chance. So now I’m into my 2nd week then I get an email telling me the car never sold but then a few days later they send me an offer to which it’s now into my 3rd week the offer was pretty low for the car I was selling but because I had bought another car i decided to take the offer and again 5 days later the car gets picked up money in the bank there and then so here’s the thing if I had known it would have taken this long no way would I have used motorway too slow and there valuations are just to get you into thinking you’ll get much more for your car so be careful

My mum who is 82 years young got a…

My mum who is 82 years young got a letter from the local council whilst I was away working saying that there was a leak coming out her flat and that it had to be fixed asap and if not they would contact environmental heath and because I work overseas and can’t be reached everyday she went ahead as someone gave her these cowboys number
Now I’ve read a couple of other reviews and again they took her banks details as they said it would be £150 per hour and the cost of any materials.
Now before I left I had 2 pals of mine who have been plumbing all there days and they couldn’t understand where the water was coming from as it was an overflow pipe but the overflow coming from the boiler goes to the down pipe so that tiles that out and the overflow from the toilet goes back into the toilet so rules that out now there no other overflows as it’s a 1 bedroom flat so they couldn’t get to the bottom of it.
So here’s where the so called expert that comes out from rightio he couldn’t find the problem either so he decides to add a bit of 15mm pipe no more then 6ft and a 15mm push fit 90’ and puts it into the Dow pipe as well he was in her house From 16:34 to 17:21 to me that’s under 1hour he gives her the reciept £250 and £25 for materials + VAT = £330 for an 82 year old pensioner so tell me is there any plumber out there that gets £250 an hour +vat so I can change trades as I’m defo in the wrong game

I tried to call rightio customer service no answer then I call just to see if they would answer if I was looking for a tradesman 1 ring yes 1 ring and someone answered he then transferred me to customer service no answer us there anyone out there knows who I can contact to expose these cowboys before anymore old people get robbed of there savings I know the plumbers name but not his number so I could chat to him and see where he buys his materials and how you get a job or if he needs an accountant for all his millions

Value next to none superb hotel great…

Value next to none superb hotel great bar staff nothing seems to be a problem would recommend this hotel to anyone from families to golfers 6 times in Belek and this hotel comes close second to maxx Royal

cowboys cowboys cowboys

whatever you do dont buy anything from this cowboy of a company...i ordered a set of 5m hdmi cable and it cost me £21 6 weeks ago and after calling them a number of times and getting some secretary on the other side telling me that the sales people dont have a telephone and they can only email you its probely cost me another £21 in calls trying to get a tracking number so ive finally gave in and contacted ebay to get them banned from there site as the cowboys are false advertising next day derliverey so do yorself a favour buy elsewhere
