I love how Carole Nash don’t charge you extra for the things that most people alter on their bikes like exhausts, tail tidy’s, heated grips etc.

I hate how they provide breakdown whether I want it or not, even though my bike is already brand new and comes with free breakdown and I could really do without the additional £61.55 cost but i’m forced to accept it.

I’d recommend this shop as their quality control is exceptional. Every item I’ve ever bought from them has been outstanding and seems to last forever!!!

I received a plate for my motorbike very quickly but it had a slight flaw in it. Within minutes of me emailing them about it, they got back in touch with me. They then reported the problem to their manufacturing dept who produced a new plate immediately for me and sent it out straight away with no additional cost or fuss. Great Company to deal with!

My car has been with Ford's Colindale Branch for 8 weeks now and i'm thinking about applying for visiting rights as i still haven't been told when i'll ever get to see it back on the road again. One excuse after another has left me perplexed as to why a Flagship store such as this is unable to return my car after such a long period of time, with the latest excuse being "we need a special tool, which they still haven't been able to get hold off even though they've tried for a number of weeks apparently."

I finally got my car back after a month after paying them over £2200 only to get half a mile down the road before the gearbox started playing up again & i had to return the car in a worse state than when i brought it in originally.

Ford Customer Care it seems is non-existent. Even though i've been more than fair with them and not hassled them on the phone on a daily basis just to find out what they're up to (which i'm more than entitled to do) they still don't have the courtesy to ring me with a regular update.

One promise after another to sort things out asap or at least give me some sort of priority over their new daily intake of cars is fruitless.

I just want MY car back in one piece & running properly again (which is what i've already paid them to do), so that i can put this calamity of errors behind me and find a responsible back street garage to look after my car in the future!

From the moment they took my car in to repair, Customer Service went straight out of the window. They pass the blame from person to person, they don't keep in regular touch with the customer regarding the progress of the vehicle, they look for additional work to be done on the vehicle to make money for themselves and they come up with excuse after excuse to explain why after nearly a month "it's still waiting to go back into the workshop". Anyone would think that i'm describing a dodgy backstreet garage rather than a flagship store. Don't be fooled by the smart appearance of the place as after leaving my low mileage car in for an annual service every year for six years, the aggravation that this place gives me each time has only got worse. Contacting them by phone is also a waste of time as they'll happily leave you hanging for a half hour or more without apology! It's a shame Trustpilot can't award minus stars as even a one star far too complimentary!

Looking through the internet it was easy to find the part that i wanted but Indesit Spares was by far the cheapest and i was able to get the part and fit it within days!

Having collected tons of dvds that I have no intention of ever watching again, I needed to have a massive clear out. I discovered Music Magpie, who were happy to take them off my hands in a simple, no hassle way and also paid me a fair price directly into my account as a bonus!!!!! To say that I I'd use them again for other things like my old phones & games consoles, is an understatement!
