PayPal dealt quickly (within one day) and successfully to refund the money I had taken from my account by an unscrupulous trader. All communication with them was supportive and courteous.

Placed order and fortunately used PayPal. The company used my order to set up an unauthorised Automatic Payment. PayPal have successfully cancelled the initial order and I hope they are successful with retrieving the Automatic Payment.
To end on a funny note, Commercecore charged me for an extended warranty on toilet cleaning powder. I wish I could flush them away.

I used to enjoy my Duolingo lessons but now they are trying to force me to subscribe. They have introduced a new energy system that limits the length of time I can learn and all in the guise of rewarding.

Our wet room project began with a visit from Steve, who loves his work and brings long experience in finding creative solutions. Alex did the fitting. He is a hard-working, skilled and considerate young man. The other members of the team, the electrician and floor fitter also did excellent work. Our experience was a pleasant one, and we have an attractive and practical wet room which will make a big difference in my caring for my disabled husband. Well done everyone.

After a lead time of 17 days, no show and no reply to telephone calls. Used to be a good company. Have had to pay £100 extra for emergency supply so as not to run out of oil. I am tempted to invoice them. After many years as a customer will not use again.

I cancelled the order within an hour, complying with their T&Cs, to be told that they had already shipped. Not true. A shipping company received the item for dispatch 16 days later. I have received no goods. After tedious exchanges with Paypal I shall be reimbursed.

These traders are dishonest. Immediately they added £5 to the invoice as tax and took it from my Paypal account. I cancelled the order within an hour, complying with their T&Cs, to be told that they had already shipped. Not true. A shipping company had received the item for dispatch 16 days later. No goods have been received. I opened two Paypal disputes, one for the wrong amount being charged and one for goods not received, only to have my claims denied and to be told I had received the goods. Fortunately Paypal has now reconsidered my claim and I shall be reimbursed.

An update. I have been trying to withdraw money from my Income Bonds since Dec 1. Following 3 phone calls, the waiting time has increased from 48hrs to 4 to 5 weeks. This is apparently because of a security system in place on my account. I have lodged a complaint with ns&i and intend to take the issue to the Ombudsman. Ns&i is currently a national disgrace.

Further update. This afternoon, Dec 10th, I received a telephone call. A very helpful agent who told me that the security on my account had been removed and that I could now withdraw funds. He waited, ‘for my peace of mind’, until I logged into my account and completed the transaction. What a turn around.

I am still trying to withdraw funds from ns&i Income Bonds. Apparently a security system prevents me from withdrawing funds online. On Dec 1, I telephoned and I was told the problem would be resolved in 48hrs. This did not happen. I telephoned again today. Now I am to wait for a call to tell me it is sorted. If I do not hear then I am to phone again the middle next week. The agent I spoke to today tried her very best to help but the service defies description.

I ordered 4 Rayware Bloom Fine China mugs. They arrived in good time, well wrapped, but they are not Rayware mugs. They are made by Price and Kensington. They are decorated with similar decals but the colour is different and the mugs are smaller and not of the same quality. They do not match the genuine Rayware Bloom mugs I already possess.
The information on the website is inaccurate.
