Washer dryer broke down, replacement delivered next day by AO, very pleased.

Very pleased, refurbished 7plus screen was mint, easy to install, would be nice if delivery was within 48hrs and don’t really trust evri but it wasn’t bad. Overall extremely pleased and phone now works perfectly and looks like new so son is very happy as I’d only borrowed it whilst my 12 pro max was being fixed and then smashed his screen!!

Superb service, my fitter was on time, polite and helpful, chatty and knowledgable. Did the two tyres quickly but carefully and torqued the wheel nuts when done. Can’t beat that. Delighted.

Great service and quick delivery, so all good there. However regarding the 30mm Celotex that I purchased for a floating floor insulation project, I was annoyed to find variance in depth across each board from 25mm to 33mm, which I feel is pretty terrible. 1st time I’ve used Celotex so perhaps this is the norm, or have I been passed off with seconds?? Didn’t have time to complain and return 30 odd sheets so have had to cross batten at 400mm centres, which caused a great deal more work, expense and tape to make vapour tight, twice the job due to poor quality control.

Unfortunately a dreadful experience. Ordered lots of items, all arrived separately, not really a problem, incorrect night latch delivered, informed, same incorrect night latch sent again. Door frame ordered, bag split, seals missing, informed, replacement arranged in time for carpenter to fit... hasn’t arrived costing me a carpenters pay for the lost day. Door handle still hasn’t arrived either. Edit: to their credit, they did arrange new door seals, although an entire new door frame was sent out, fine, seals removed and frame returned. Replacement door handle did arrive in the new year as promised by Cat. So everything, apart from the wrong door latch, was sorted...eventually. You just can’t have this many issues if you want customers to return. I have been in retail for over 30years and am owner/md of a successful business, one of the things I pride myself on is the lack of mistakes in client orders...as of course my loyal customer base.

Always good value, always on time, always correct products, what more can you ask. My go to website for strings, you can take your time to get the correct product rather than rushing in store and coming home with the wrong size/brand/style of strings. Great to have single strings ie high e's on their own as that's what I break most often and it's a shame to replace perfectly good sets just for the high e.

Delivery was next day, price was cheapest anywhere. Box was a bit battered as the chest of drawers is very heavy and as its flat packed the parts slide around and burst through the box corners but only one corner of one piece was knocked and touched up easily. I'm very handy but it still took 3 hours to put together, but I did glue every part for extra security and it's all the better for it, much more solid. Overall it's a great product, looks good and paint finish is excellent. I would recommend gluing as its much stronger, the instructions aren't amazing but with half an idea of what you're putting together, it's not exactly difficult, just time consuming.

Washing machine broke down on 27th December. Found and ordered new washer dryer at 10pm on 27th and it was delivered at 1pm the next day. Updated throughout, paid for a next day service between 7-9pm, automated call at. 7am saying delivery would be between 9-1pm and driver phoned at 10.30 to say it would be closer to 1pm. Driver phoned again 15 minutes before and arrived at 12.50. Excellent. Couldn't ask for anymore, this is how it should be done.

Sent my iPhone in, slightly cracked back and a couple of small glass scratches but working perfectly. Received full payment within 24 hours straight into my account. This is an excellent professional service that I have used twice now. I won't go anywhere else whilst they offer near the top end for my phones. It made my new iPhone that much cheaper to purchase and this is a hassle free service. I would recommend using a special delivery service to ensure your iPhone is insured and arrives securely. (£5.50)
