Always found the staff to be helpful and very friendly.
Not patronising as some places with male staff can be when talking to women about cars!

Really friendly man and very easy to organise. Van driver rang and introduced himself, he also made direct contact with the person he was picking up from to make sure all was good and to confirm the time of pick up. The driver then kept me informed all along the way and confirmed date and drop off time to suit me. Fantastic service, will use again.
