Evri may have changed their name but…

Evri may have changed their name but they are still abysmal.
I ordered an item from Amazon on 10/10/25 and was advised on 11/10 that it was out for delivery but 21 minutes later it was held by carrier. Out of the blue I was told on 15/10 that I had refused the parcel needless to say I had not seen anyone.
On 16/10 I was advised it was out for delivery again between 14:30 and 16:30 but no delivery was made.
I then received notification that delivery had been attempted at 17:59 again no one had called.
Why anyone would use this company I find hard to believe.
