Fantastic service from start to finish

Having recently bought a plug in hybrid, I needed to get a charging point fitted at my home and the choice and information online was a bit overwhelming. In the end, largely driven by price and having a Halfords loyalty card, I went with Cord and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the minute I placed the order the communication has been excellent, particularly by phone, and the fitting yesterday, just 9 days after placing the order, went smoothly with follow up courtesy calls. There was a slight glitch getting up and running on the app but this may have been impacted by the Vodafone outage yesterday and it was quickly resolved and I have been using the charger already without any issues.
I really can’t recommend them enough - felt like a personal service.
