Thank you for your review and we are sorry you have felt a level of dissatisfaction with the price you were charged.
We can see your booking was made online where our charges are quite clear that a fixed rate £190.00 for a standard unblock will be charged and a phone call prior to the visit was also made quoting the charge. This charge applies for any time duration at site provided it falls as a standard unblock not requiring additional specialised equipment therefore the charges aligned with the price structure shown.
