Once Promising, Now a Nightmare

This company started out strong, offering solid services and responsive support. But in recent months, things have taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Their latest updates didn’t just glitch — they completely wrecked my computer. I reached out multiple times for help, but never received a single response.

To make matters worse, after I posted a negative review, they publicly lashed out at me on social media. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to shame a paying customer.

There’s no customer support, no contact options, and yet they continue to charge me for services that not only fail to work — they actively damage my software and hardware. I’ve been forced into purchasing additional features just to maintain basic functionality, and even those don’t deliver.
