The human service at Ship-German is truly 10/10. What makes the company stand out is the real human support — not bots. The team is friendly, quick to respond, and communicates smoothly in English. Service is available almost 24/7 on WhatsApp and other platforms, (except during holidays etc.), which makes customers feel well taken care of.

They handle problems efficiently, show goodwill, and are always willing to help. Prices are fair, and the overall experience is that you’re in good hands as you deal with a solid and trustworthy company that truly values its customers.


4.5 stars out of 5, only cause the system might be exhausting & frustraiting somtimes, 1-2 days to generate a new code for first shipment identification for example...
