A stellar company and product
I first came across MagBak because a friend showed me their case. We had gone golfing together and he showed me how his case was magnetic. I was amazed.
So that same day I bought a case for my then iPhone 13 Pro Max and loved it. I never had any issues with it.
Later I upgraded to an iPhone 16 pro, since I wanted a smaller form factor.
I immediately thought to purchase a MagBak case, the same classic model. Unfortunately, apple had made the camera bump that much bigger and more protruding that the case wouldn’t properly attach to flat surfaces. I love to cook and be in the kitchen, so I attach my phone to whatever surface I can find, the fridge, washing machine, air vent, etc. since I couldn’t do that, I contacted MagBak support and they understood. They upgraded me to their elite case no questions asked. Stellar experience!
Then, this past Sunday (10/5/25) I was holding the phone by the finger loop, and the phone fell out of my hand. I noticed the phone had broken around the finger loop area, not sure what happened. I thought let me contact support and explain what happened. Once again, no questions asked, they sent me another elite case. If this isn’t amazing customer support, I don’t know what is. Give this company your money and buy their product!
