Nice quality - dreadful customer service! Not again.

The products are quite nice.
The communication with them is complicated and always requires a reminder.
They do not do exchanges so pray that you do not have to return anything and claim a refund.
The return cost is on your bill and from mainland Europe costs a fortune.
The refund only comes after claim and email - not automatically!
Sorry, for me surely not a second time!
