Aggressive staff

The gentleman was more concerned with screaming at someone who had parked their car in the car park to use the shop across the road (it was very aggressive shouting and chasing after him) than finishing explaining the work being done on my car. He also then told me the tyre that was replaced by them less than a year ago needed changing. Felt like I was just being extorted for money
