Aggressive staff

The gentleman was more concerned with screaming at someone who had parked their car in the car park to use the shop across the road (it was very aggressive shouting and chasing after him) than finishing explaining the work being done on my car. He also then told me the tyre that was replaced by them less than a year ago needed changing. Felt like I was just being extorted for money

Order still has not been shipped

Order still has not been shipped as they claim there has been a lot of orders due to the sale. Problem is I ordered at the beginning of the sale and I have now waited 2 weeks. Only had the one email offering me a discount next time I shop but who waits this long for an order now?
Very unlikely I will bother ordering again.
