Purchased a product that never arrived
I ordered a new phone case on 8/28. I was told it would arrive on 9/5. On 9/10 I emailed support asking where my product was. They told me that they did not have the product and would refund my purchase.
If I didn't reach out would they have ever refunded me? Note that this is the second time this has happened and will be the last time I interact with this brand.
