Easy to order, delivery when they say they will and great prices. Small problem which is up to the customer to sort - the topper tends to become dislodged when grtting out, especially if one is elderly. Has to be pushed back regulary even with a tightly fitting sheet. Perhaps Dormeo would consider some sort of anchoring to the existing mattress?? Otherwise very happy with my puchase.
