6 weeks for KYC- finally resolved
6 weeks for KYC verification and still asking for documents; have provided all but no result. they want to delay verification so players can continue gambling and consume all the money. why does it take 6 weeks to verify a customer's account?
PS: My documents were finally verified and withdrawal processed and received. Experience is up to 3 stars now. thank you
