I paid $39.99 on August 19, 2025 for Premium access (Subscription ID: 4e912ee5-6cd0-43f7-bdeb-aa67a401e273). I received the payment invoice, but since then I cannot log in or access any lessons.

I have contacted Leya AI support several times, but after 5 days there has been no reply at all. This is very disappointing and feels like a scam experience.

I am requesting immediate access to the course I paid for or a full refund. If nothing is resolved soon, I will escalate the matter through my payment provider and warn other users.
