Taking more money than they should
British Gas took a closing balance of £545 from our account TWICE. When I finally managed to get through to them they couldn’t care less. Telling me that it would be up to ten days till they could deal with it.
But someone would call me back to assure me it was being dealt with. Guess what they lied no call back no one wants to deal with it. All the time they sit on my money earning them interest.
Wondering how many other people they are screwing over in this way?
