Ordering spare battery

Most recent experience was with sales & customer service. I wanted to order a second battery for our vacuum (real OEM battery, not a knock-off via Amazon). The battery model for our vacuum was out of stock on the Tineco website, but sales+customer service provided a path for ordering the battery. It all worked smoothly after one email to Tineco asking when the out-of-stock part would be back in stock. The new battery is working quite well, with charge capacity matching the original battery when it was new.
