Shitty customer service from…

Shitty customer service from representative Linda!! Called to let Foot Locker know that my shoes were scheduled for delivery today and they were not here and that I called FedEx only to be told sorry the label wasn't able to be scanned and had to be relabeled and it would now be another 5-7 business days!!!!! FedEx screw up and the customer has to wait for an extended time. Unacceptable. I had hope to get better service from Foot Locker and for them to contact FedEx regarding my package since they are the ones who used this shitty shipping company!!! Nope I get the same lousy respond of having to wait 5 business days then call them back. Foot locker needs to do their jobs and stop being lazy contact the shipping company you chose and fix the damn problem!! I paid $$$.$$’s for shoes and I expect better service. I regret ever ordering online from Foot Locker and will think twice about ever doing so again!!! I advise anyone considering placing an online order from Foot Locker to consider other options.
