It was necessary for me to speak to customer service, not because they had done anything wrong. In the famous lines of a couple breaking up - it was all me!! I had meant to order tape in beige wanting to be inconspicuous but managed to order black . Therefore I needed to change the order hoping I could before it was despatched. Please be aware that their motto should be 'get it, pack it, send it'. Ordinarily we would all be thrilled that despatch is almost instant but the black tape was already winging its way to me. Here is where I contacted customer services. Guided through the easy process, the unopened black tape was returned via Freepost to be refunded on receipt and the new order was en route for the next day. Couldn't have been simpler except if I had ordered the right colour in the first place!!
