UPDATE Amazing pc poor aftercare

UPDATE

I think it's only fair to give some further feedback after my complaint resolution. I have to say that on the back of this review Veno Scorp reached out to me and Aleem the manager went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter. He arranged for the pc to be collected and the works carried out and my daughter today was one very happy customer upon receipt of her pc. Sometimes unfortunately we have to complain but we don't always get heard so it was refreshing to get treated with kindness and respect and to get good product service. We will definitely continue to use Veno Scorp.


Really amazing pc for my daughter but appalling aftercare. I purchased a custom PC bundle had a few issues with set up constantly rang no one ever answered so I ended up paying a mobile pc engineer to come to the house. Called yesterday and today regarding cleaning pc and again no one answers
