Very happy with Novaalabs as a company. I have purchased several of their devices over the last year.
Each one has provided significant pain relief- especially the red light therapy pad. I use the pad for 3+ hours per day and am slowly regaining function and feeling in my low back- this is several years after a very failed back surgery. Novaalabs honors their add on warranty plans- customer service is very responsive and personal.
