I.m.o. probably one of the worst of all couriers and package delivery companies! By far! I can’t count the number of times something went wrong during their delivery process, very often titled « uncontrollable events ». We are considering to start to look for alternative suppliers when a company does not have an other way to deliver than with UPS. Just sad.
