This app is untrustworthy at best

This app is untrustworthy at best. Customer support offers a "junior specialist" and then a "senior specialist" to handle your objections. 3 months after canceling this shady app, I got charged another $170 and when I contacted them they wouldn't return my money saying they dont do refunds. Obviously not out there to assist anyone, just blind them with a sales pitch that makes it seem you could benefit from it. But when you voice your dissatisfaction, there are no solutions to solve any issues you may have, jist a simple "too bad so sad" sort of attitude. Very greedy and very unprofessional. They did respond to this review with a generic response...and say to do what I have been doing for a week straight and got no where to actually resolve this issue. Their customer service is as pathetic as their app!
