We’re very sorry to hear that you ran into trouble with your purchase.
Unfortunately, as a proxy service, we simply help facilitate purchases between buyers and Japanese sellers. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds in cases where the item turns out to be inauthentic, especially when the buyer has already approved the item after our warehouse photo check.
If we were to issue refunds in these situations, we would not be returning the funds you paid to the seller, but instead providing you money from our accounts. As I'm sure you can understand this would not be a sustainable practice as we only charge a 500 yen service fee. This is why we strongly encourage customers to be cautious when selecting sellers and to review the warehouse photos we provide carefully before confirming shipment.
