Support is slow - but they answer in the end
If there's a defect with the jewelry don't expect any support or refund/exchanges.
I've ordered a pair of earrings and one of them is not clasping correctly. I've sent them a video, pictures, everything, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and they simply don't reply.
For a pair of earrings that are quite expensive first of all - they should clasp correctly, secondly - support should be expected.
Edit: they replied eventually and replaced the article with a new one, so it was ok in the end. But I had to insist for a reply, that's why I'm not giving more stars here.
