Seems this is the only way I can…

13/6/2025 - Seems this is the only way I can actually get hold of you. I sent an email to cancel my subscription and got the reply you have to go into the app. I don't have access to the app and as such am unable to cancel my subscription. Well one star if this is the only way to contact you.

16/6/2025 - I'm unable to login, that is the problem... I don't get the code sent to my mobile... Far simpler to have an email I can send the request to.

18/6/2025 - Still no reply!

Again still not able to cancel my subscription seriously, you are showing on here how hard it is.

You don’t need access to the app to do this, just log into Xero Central on any web browser: https://central.xero.com/ Once you're in, our team can help you cancel directly.
