Truly appalling

Truly appalling. Wrongly charged for a data package in April 2024. Despite multiple messages there has been no attempt to address the issue. The Somerset Mall shop manager doesn’t want to help anxx so the CEO, Ralph Mupita doesn’t even acknowledge messages. Disgusting customer care - a view mirrored by many others here. MTN just don’t care.
