A terrible experience with extremely…

A terrible experience with extremely slow, unhelpful and poor customer service. I ordered a padel racket on 9 April, costing £61 incl postage. This failed to be delivered. I was informed that the parcel had been incorrectly addressed. I contacted Smashinn by email to verify my address and get it resent. I was told: this is not possible. Instead I would have to wait for the racket to be returned to Smashinn and for it to be 'processed'. This took weeks and weeks. I contacted Smashinn by email numerous times - the company appears to have no telephone number. A variety of people responded. They offered no more than 'standard' generic messages, a link to the Q&A section of their website (which didn't help) and were generally unhelpful and unconcerned. I kept badgering them for weeks. Finally, after at least a dozen emails, I received a refund on 24 May, nearly 7 weeks after I'd placed my order. No apologies what so ever and no compensation given they'd held on to my money for so long. I would avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is the lowest of the low.
