No customer service whatsoever

I received my item, but it was not what I expected it to be at all. After reading the return policy, which states having to reach out to their email, I have e-mailed them twice already and never heard back. I've tried to call them, but it says the number isn't available. The two week window of returns is clearly coming to a close, and I still don't know how to proceed. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, which is why I've tried to reach out to them multiple times. But I'm out of the money, still have an item I don't want, and it's really unprofessional. Zero stars from me.
