Hello Kelli - We apologize that you have had this experience.  Accounts can be canceled by contacting customer service at 888-772-2792, on your MyQQ app, or by submitting a request online or to info@dontdrivedirty.com.  Online requests are completed and sent a confirmation email within 48 hours.  Cancellations done with customer service are immediate and a follow up confirmation email is sent.  Customer service is open 7 days a week from 6 am- 7 pm PST.  We would love an opportunity to reach out directly for more information and investigate any issue you have been having with your cancellation.  Please send your phone number and license plate to socialmedia@dontdrivedirty.com and we will have a customer service agent reach out ASAP to assist you.
