I have been using Novaalab devices for about a year- Oralcare Pro, Glow Mask, and therapy pads. I have had significant pain for several decades and have utilized many therapies: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, etc. All have helped, but minimally. Red light and IR lights through Novaalab have been- by far- the best for mitigating pain and therefore increasing my function in daily life. Customer service has been 100% excellent. I have needed a few replacement devices, a few replacement parts. All device problems have been resolved at no charge. Very, very grateful to Novaalabs and their entire support team.
