Their website owners hide behind an Icelandic company and laws trhat keep trhem private but put the rest of us at risk

They scammed my husband 75, who has vascular dementia, of £198. I told them, asked them to cancel. They said the items had been shipped (not true) and only refunded warranty fee and said we could return the heaters. Four weeks later the items arrived badly packed and the packaging was damaged. I sent them photos and requested the pronmised return labels. They began, not by apologisinvg and being helpful, but by dictattiung term andf telling me I'd havre to pay for any return. Then they offered me a 35% repayment if I kept their heaters. I rejected of course and asked for labels so I could fretuen the items and
get a full refund. They never sent the return labels.
Everything ab out this screams scam. They sell under one name, in our case Lumiheat, yet appear as Wellheater on my bank statement. Their helpdesk changes names too, from Lumiheat, to Aliveblue and Heyhelp with images of "Viktor Rachel or Magi" all AI generated imagesn on generated.photos.com, not real people. It is a CON and a SCAM. AVOID THIS BUMCH OF CRIMINALS THEY WILL ROB YOU
