Terrible service quality

Terrible service quality. Delivering a £5 light bulb. Wouldn't leave it at the property. Wouldn't allow for arranging redelivery after failed delivery. As advertised I attempt to arrange redelivery on the website after the first miss and I got a message 'not eligible'. Service desk unhelpful 'computer says no' 'not us we just deliver on APCs behalf' and no we will not do another delivery. Need to do better.
