This is a company to do business with. The quality of the material is first rate, with an excellent colour and fabric choice. The curtains fit the brief of being a thermal and acoustic room divider, and my heating bills have dropped dramatically, thanks to the thermal lining of the double curtain. The design with pinch pleats hangs beautifully and looks crisp and substantial, and the rail provided runs smoothly.
An initial problem was speedily and courteously dealt with without any quibble. Customer service by phone and email was friendly yet business-like. The website advice and video on hanging is clear and excellent. I would absolutely recommend Direct Fabrics.
