Good selection but poor customer service

I was happy to find the poster I was looking for, on sale, at Posterstore. Received the order confirmation right away, but after 1 week had not received a shipping notice. I emailed and after a couple of days got a reply that they need more time to respond. C'mon, how much time does it take to check an order number? Five more days later they responded with a tracking number. They'd already blown past the shipping and delivery windows stated on their website. My order was enroute but then stalled, seeming to go in the wrong direction at one point. Finally received it one week after original FedEx estimated delivery date. The box was crunched at one end with a wrinkle in my poster. I assume this was a FedEx issue and not Posterstore. The frame helps to hide the wrinkle. I complained to FedEx but won't even bother reaching out to Posterstore since their slowness to respond is so irritating.
