I ordered cookware...
I ordered cookware. And Utensils. Nothing. No order delivered. No response to emails. No phones answered.
This is SCAMMY behaviour, especially since the ability to add reviews to this page are not visible. I've created a trustpilot page and will spread my experience far and wide.

Giurmetific have reached out to me with an explanation of what happened and I've accepted it. My delivery fell victim to circumstance, exacerbated by the 'holiday rush'. I'm satisfied that things are in motion now so I am, as promised, amending my rating. Final review will be after I have tested the cookware.

I have been in some long 'conversations' with support (Sophie) to discuss what happened with my delivery. Since I got the cookware, I've cooked a couple of dishes with it and haven't experienced the issues pointed out by some folks regarding the quality. They've been just fine for me. The company have acknowledged my issues and are sending out an extra handle for me (and I do appreciate it). Yes, things could be better in terms of delivery planning over major holidays, I must admit, but my biggest fear was getting caught in a scam and I'm happy to report that once the communication channels (email) were reopened, the situation improved in terms of responsiveness. There are no instructions with the cookware and I pointed this out and also made a suggestion to create a 'user-manual' type section on their website, possibly accessed via a QR code or menu picklist.
I'm going to cook some further dishes but right now, after all the conversations, I'm really pleased to report a much better customer-experience.
