Horrible experience

Horrible experience - I ordered my package on 30.11.2024, and since then the order has not arrived. I keep asking customer support to cancel my order because as I explained I cannot meet the parcel physically due to me being away for some time.

What I keep hearing they cannot do anything, and I have to wait until this package arrives somewhere and no one will be able to send it back which means I have to pay for the gods I no longer need.

I am deeply disappointed with this service and I cannot at all recommend ordering anything on Zalando. This is a nightmare service.
